By using gtn-holdings.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

GTN Holdings, LLC is a real estate investment company. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and this is not a listing service.

Buyers list

Joining our buyers list is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. We decide which properties to share and with whom, and we may stop sharing properties with anyone at any time. When we offer a property we have under contract, we are offering an assignment of our interest in the purchase contract (an equitable interest), not ownership of the property. We will confirm this in writing before you sign.

No advice, no guarantees

Properties are offered as-is. Any information we share, including photos, descriptions, estimated repair costs or estimated values, is provided for discussion only, may be incomplete, and is not a guarantee or an appraisal. You are responsible for your own inspections, due diligence and decisions. Nothing on this site or in our messages is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and we make no promise of any profit or return.

SMS / Text Message Program Terms

  1. Program. If you opt in to the GTN Holdings, LLC text message program, you will receive text messages about off-market properties that match your buy box, including deal alerts and follow-up about properties and your buyers list sign-up. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
  2. How you opt in. By checking the optional text message consent box on our buyers list form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase; you can join the buyers list without agreeing to texts.
  3. Message frequency varies.
  4. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
  5. To stop, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed and no further texts. To rejoin, reply START.
  6. You can also opt out by replying QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE or OPT OUT, or by any other reasonable means of telling us you no longer want texts.
  7. Sample message: “GTN Holdings, LLC: New off-market 3/2 in Shelby County fits your buy box. Reply for details. Reply STOP to opt out.”
  8. For help, reply HELP to any message, or write to us at the address below.
  9. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  10. Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
  11. Changes. We may update these SMS terms; the current version is always on this page. Last updated: October 30, 2026.
