This Privacy Policy explains how GTN Holdings, LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit gtn-holdings.com, join our buyers list, or communicate with us by phone, text or email.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, mobile phone number, company or buying entity, and your buy box: the counties, property types, strategies, price range, rehab level, funding, proof-of-funds status and closing timeline you tell us about, plus any notes.
Consent records: if you opt in to text messages or deal alert emails, the date, time and page of your opt-in, the consent wording you agreed to, and the messages we exchange.
Basic technical information: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies on this website.

How we use your information

To match properties to your buy box and contact you about them by phone or email.
To send text messages only if you opted in to texts, and deal alert emails only if you opted in to email alerts.
To keep records of your requests, consent and opt-out choices, and to comply with the law.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:

with service providers that help us run our business, such as our customer relationship management (CRM), phone and text messaging, email and website hosting providers, and only so they can provide those services to us;
if you move forward on a property, with the title company, closing attorney and other parties needed to complete that transaction;
when required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others; and
with a successor if our business is merged or sold, subject to this policy.

None of the above applies to mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data, which are covered by the next section.

Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

We send text messages only to people who opt in, for example by checking the optional text message consent box on our buyers list form, or who text us first.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in or consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers (such as our CRM and messaging providers) only to deliver our messages to you. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. See our SMS Program Terms.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any text.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any deal alert email, or reply and ask us to stop.
Calls: tell us during any call and we will stop.
Access, correction or deletion: write to us at the address below to ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. To update your buy box, submit the buyers list form again.

Retention and deletion

We store buyers list sign-ups securely and use them to add you to our buyers list. We keep your information while you remain on our buyers list. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by writing to us at our mailing address: GTN Holdings, LLC, 1674 Delano Ave Unit 497, Memphis, TN 38127. We keep records of your consent and opt-out choices for as long as needed to show we honored them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
